Welcome to the forum.
You need the correct equipment to measure harmonics and that depends on the type of harmonics you are looking for.
i.e. THDi, THDv, current harmonics to what harmonic order and voltage harmonics to what harmonic order.
I use an AVO clamp meter to get an indication of the THDv and THDi plus I can get an indication of the individual harmonics from the bar graph.
There are a number of software products that can be used to help to predict what the harmonics will be. These require knowledge about the connected load and the supply impedances.
