I am using TeSys T controller from Schneider for motor protection monitoring and control, does anyone know how to change the program in custom logic mode!
Which is the best book available to learn structured text programming from Scratch....

Structured Text Programming Language; one of the IEC IEC61131-3
Programming Languages

Do you have knowledge of any other High Level Languages, such as C, C++, Pascal, etc. ?

Without knowledge of at least one of those languages, you may very well find that understanding
Structured Text Programming Language will be difficult for you.
