I WANT TO INSERT STARTING RESISTOR IN CAGE MOTOR'S PRIMARY SIDE. HOW I CALCULATE RESISTANCE WATTAGE & OHM VALUE FOR CAGE MOTOR??

MY MOTOR IS 1.1KW / 4.25A / 900 RPM / 415V / 50HZ.

It sounds like you are trying to make a primary resistance starter. To find out more about primary resistance starters have a look at http://www.lmphotonics.com/m_start.htm
In order to correctly calculate the values for resistors, you should know the full voltage start current and torqu, and the torque of the load that you are wishing to start. The power factor of the motor during strt is also very relevent.
To make the start truely snatch free may require several stages of resistance.
