What is the electrolyte used in the liquid rotor starters and what is the ratio of it with water?

sodium carbonate light na2 co3
mixed with de-ionised water
mixture differs on application

Aqueous solution is put in the first operation and the resistors in the highest value when the motor speed is zero and less resistance when increasing the motor until the motor reaches 65% and then the motor speed control via SIC uints
