Hello LesL
At 10 Hz, you would get a voltage of 20% of the line voltage (assuming 50Hz supply) or 16.6% of line voltage for a 60Hz system.
You will probably have dificulty measuring this due to the PWM nature of the output waveform.

Moreover, it depends upon the V/HZ ratio setting in inverter.
"Don't assume any thing, always check/ask and clear yourself".
