Where can I find info realted to motor efficiency I mean if I need a 500 KW AC motor, so I can use 575 V motor wich mean 869 amps
4160V 120 amps
12500 V 40 amps.
So how can I calculate the relative efficiency for each motor.

Hello wtx
Welcome to the forum.
The efficiency of a motor is dependant on the design of that motor. The only way to determine the efficiency without making measurments, is to get the information from the motor manufacturer. There is not a standard formula that can be applied to motor size voltage etc.
Best regards,
