SCR Gating Circuit for Soft Starter

I am currently facing problem in designing a SCR gate triggering circuit for a soft starter. I have worked out a soft start pulses at 800mV (low) 4.1V (High) at 100 Hz.

How can I use this pulses to trigger the SCRs for driving a 3phase 5.5KW induction motor?

I am Developing a soft starter board for a 3 phase 5.5 Hp induction motor. I have suceeded obtaining the pulses for soft start and soft stop at 100Hz and the voltages for the pulses are about 800 mv and 4.1V.

These pulses are used to switch the MOSFET on, which supplies an amplified pulse of gate current to SCR through the pulse transformer. The Doide D2 is used to prevent negative gate current due to the transformer magnetizing current when the MOSFET turns off. The diode D1 is used to provide path for the transformer magnetizing current so that the energy in the magnetic core gets dissapated in R2. Paralleled C1 produces the waveform shaping.

I am not certain what specification of components used. How can I know?

Deserately Need Help in SOFT STARTER !!!

I am currently designing a 5.5KW 3 phase induction motor soft starter board for my Project. I have developed it half way but I am facing problem in designing a pulse amplifier circuit for SCR gating circuit.

I have attached the simulation results from output of the comparator which is showing the soft starting and soft stopping pulses which are to be fed to the pulse amplifier.

How could I use these pulses to trigger the SCRs gates?
