Hi
I have to design a DC-DC converter for 12V,10A output from 14-36V DC input.The product should have additional protections like overvoltage,undervoltage, overcurrent, shortcircuit protection. suggest me a controller and suitable mosfets for this design. Regards Karunanithi.R

Hi all
I have to design a 3-phase inverter for 1 HP induction motor,Can anyone suggest me a Intelligent Power Module for the following inverter specification?. I/P Voltage : 65 to 90V DC O/P Voltage : 40V AC , +/- 2% Max continous current : 20A v/f control has to be used below 65V, Inverter unit should have protection like overvoltage,overcurrent,shortcircuit,overtemperature.. I have to design a 3 phase PWM inverter to drive 1.5HP induction motor. I am using PIC18F2431 controller and IR2133 driver IC and i am using IRG4PSC71KD discrete IGBTs.
The rated current of IM is 25A , and it is rated for 40V. the motor taking higher starting current around 25A and my IGBT's got failed several times, suggest me a solution to avoid this problem. |
