In the process of battery manufacturing, We are Curing & Drying Ovens. The purpose of this oven is to cure the battery plates at 100% RH and dry the plates at 50 to 100 °C with different cycle times. Our company has designed these ovens indigenously and the entire oven is made in house.
The temperature and humidity and the speed of the blower is controlled through circular chart recorder. With different event timings programmed manually. Each event is set with temperature and humidity according to the requirement. The blower connected to the oven to circulate the temperature and humidity throughout the oven uniformly. According to the event timings the blower will run at different frequencies. The blower motor is connected to a VFD which is controlled through Circular chart recorder which is having six relay outputs. Each relay output in the recorder is programmed manually, according to the event timing given in the recorder the relay will operate to change the frequency of the motor. Here the blower will run with four different frequencies with four event timings. The blower motor is 30 HP. Suggest a suitable category of VFD

Dear Friends,
A 15kw motor driven hoist is connected through a VFD. The application being tough we had connected VFD of capacity 18.5kw and started using the hoist. It takes a load of 3 ton and beyond it does not hold the load. What is the reason for that. Some one says that it has to be used with Dynamic Breaking Unit and DB Resistor. Please explain.
