Hello Marke,
After searching for quite some time, I believe the best source of information comes from engineering forums much like this one. There is no doudt that many soft start manufacturers/suppliers publish good information, however in the main it appears to be focussed towards their own products and/or marketing objectives. All the generic information I have come accross appears to be very similar ie, nothing new, nothing unique and nothing to gain the interest of people that may have been involved with soft starters for some time.
