VA TECH ELIN EBG Elektronik to be sold?

Schneider Electric announced that they will buy, subject to regulatory approvals, the inverter manufacturer VA TECH ELIN EBG Elektronik in Vienna, Austria.
Actually medium and big inverters manufactured by VA TECH E.E.E. are sold with pDRIVE brandname.

A little mouse tells me that it is schneider Toshiba who are the purchasers.
VA TECH already sell Toshiba under their banner

What makes this is even more interesting is that VA TECH ELIN was purchased by Siemens not all that long ago.

The Schneider thing does make some sense however. There has been a long association between the two companies and I believe the Altivar 66 and 68 products are re-badged VA TECH drives.
