Hi,
Transfomer data sheet shows the %Z for a 15/20 MVA transfomer is 8% on ONAN base. Please clarify whether the %Z will vary when the transfomer is operated on ONAF rating (20MVA). |

The transformer impedance, in ohms, will not change, but as the rating of the transformer will increase when it is forced cooled, the impedance in % will change. Best regards, -------------------- Mark Empson administrator
