Any One Familiar With Honda Generator 5kva, Problem in Idle speed

Dear All

I have bought a second hand Honda generator 220V single phase 5KVA for domestic use. I haven’t its documents/manual. Now I have a problem that when I start it, its idle speed is not linear, fluctuates as volt meter displays 170V-200V. I want to tune it but don’t know. Can any one help me any way?
