Hi, I have many stage lights that have a 575 watt HID lamp, they draw about 1700 watts, continuosly but should drop to about 700 watts, I noticed there is no PF capacitor. What should the capacitor be and should it be wired in series with the lamp or in parralell with the main supply line? This is a diagram of the current configuration. Oh I forgot to mention I am also on the lookout for an electronic ballast to power this 575 lamp.
