Hi
I have to design a DC-DC converter for 12V,10A output from 14-36V DC input.The product should have additional protections like overvoltage,undervoltage, overcurrent, shortcircuit protection. suggest me a controller and suitable mosfets for this design.

Hi Karuna,

For ur application the better choice is TOP-247 or TOP-250 MOSFET from Power integration. this has overvoltage,undervoltage, overcurrent, shortcircuit protection in a single chip.

I have used this in my design it is working well.
