damage widings

Can some explain this situation:

On site I have 6 roof ventilator's with same name plate (same power) I can say same work condition's same mechanical load.
But each of them need different thermal protection.
For example 2 of them 10A, other 7A
Can some damage in windings reasoned it.

It is possible they have different blade angles resulting in different load
