Generator synchronisation

We are using 5 CATs 1600kva in sync.
Load sharing is done by woodward load sharing module.

We notice that the synchronisation is intact till 50% of capacity of generator and the synchronisation is lost after any furthur load is applied and generators trip.

What can cause this behaviour?

This appears to be due to wrong droop and load limit setttings on the Governors
