Dear All,
We have many Yaskawa Eddy current motors at our machines which have VS Controllers CVSR-404H, input = 220V, 50HZ, output, 80VDC, 5A. VS controller controls the speed of motor by sending voltage to motor’s clutch coil and receives feed back from Tacho Generator (30VAC/1000RPM). It has 04 variables BIAS, STAB, GAIN & MAXSPEED. I was fine tuning a machine’s speed by adjusting variables of controller but problem is that I have no detailed manual of this controller which helps me for understanding functions of these variables. I know about function of GAIN & MAXSPEED, but don’t know about BIAS & STAB. Thanks in advance. -------------------- "Don't assume any thing, always check/ask and clear yourself".

I am also having problems with a system which contains JVOP-03, JGSM-03, Several JVOP-02 and CVSR-404H and if anyone has data sheets for these items, particularly the CVSR, I would appreciate hearing from you.
