Mitsubishi servo drive.
Hi, I have a problem with a Mitsubishi servo drive fitted to a lathe,when start signal is applied the lathe will start and pulse and will not break away into normal speed.When it does this the servo motor has a resonnant noise comming from it.With no power on the lathe,it can be turned by hand very easy.The second problem is if it does break away on stopping it now goes into over-voltage warning.Have checked the cables from the drive to the encoder,these appear ok. Any comments would be great full. |
