Hi all,
I want to design an boost inductor for average current mode APFC, how can I caculate the number of turns?
It would be helpful if anyone provide some reference on inductor design for APFC since I am a beginner in this field

Thanks!

Hello billstrong

I assume that you are talking about power factor correction as applied to a switchmode power supply rather than power factor correction as applied to induction motors?

Best regards,
Mark.
