I want to actually ask that
1) among all the protections which are the protections that are/should be disabled during starting time of
the motor in Numerical Relay.
2) Current unbalance and Earth protections, both measured by current unbalance situations, so which should
be more sensitive during running condition of motor.

Hello Saurabh

Welcome to the forum.

For good motor protection, all protection features should be permanently enabled, but the shearpin protection, if current based, may need to be disabled during start.

Current and earth leakage protection may be desensitised during start, especially if a soft starter is being used, in order to cope with the harmonics generated during start.

Best regards,
Mark.
