We are using Control Techniques AC Drive 15 KW for our machine.
The drive functions well when we mount it on a table but does start up and no display come hwen we mount it on panel. What can cause this strange behaviour Thanks in advance. Chaterpilar |

Another input is the drive was OFF for 6 days before it was restarted, and the ambience is dusty ( fine powder which is conductive) regards, Chaterpilar |

i faced this prblem before and i change the operating inverter parameters please try to change as follows increase the boost volt to be 10% min. freq to be 20 HZ |

Hello chaterpilar
I think that your comment about the dusty environment with a conductive dust is a very good clue. If there is a build up of conductive dust on parts of the circuit, it will certainly cause problems. In the wrong places, it could cause a major failure with highvoltage getting into low voltage circuits. I would suggest that you give it a very good clean up, and then protect it well from conductive dust contamination. Best regards, -------------------- Mark Empson administrator
