Hi everyone I am bookworm. I'm new to this forum.

From the posts I’ve seen this is a power engineeringish forum which is just what I need.

I’m considering installing power factor correction. Just not sure where or in what configuration. Where can I install the power factor correction for a system where there’s more than just one meter and one substation.

If there is say 3 or 4 meters and 3 or 4 substations should I install the power factor correction unit (automatic step controller - caps)

Has anyone worked on this before? I’ve read through a lot of articles online, it’s hard to find anything on this topic. If you have any advice, even if it’s just a point in the right direction, maybe a link or case study? That would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
