Hi All...
I am thinking of developing an electrical motor to be used as a generator/motor as part of the energy storage system. The application is meant for hybrid car engine. So I need a generator to change the mechanical energy from the braking system to electrical energy (which is stored in battery) and vice versa. The problem is I am quite blur on how to start doing it. What kind of motor should I use, DC or AC? If any of you guys can help me with the tips on how to choose a motor for that application, please tell me. Thank you. |
