Hi all,
I designed a flux angle estimator based on the successful sensored vector control, the estimated flux angle matches with the real flux angle and then I replace the real flux angle with the estimated flux angle and the motor can no longer rotate. Has anyone met similar problem? Can you share your experience on designing sensorless vector control? Thanks!

Hi all,
I want to design an boost inductor for average current mode APFC, how can I caculate the number of turns? It would be helpful if anyone provide some reference on inductor design for APFC since I am a beginner in this field Thanks!

Hi,
I am using a 500CPR optical encoder to do vector control I measure the rotor speed by a fixed time interval. I compare the measure speed with the signal from the encoder output channel and found it slightly higher than the one I measured.but the encoder output channel has a little bit jitter which makes me difficult to estimate the true speed. How can I konw the real speed of motor? Anyone successfully used an optical encoder in vector control? It would be very helpful if you can share your source code or experience Thanks!

Hello,
I am using a optical encoder to measure the speed of an induction motor(max 3000 rpm) for vector control,my DSP has QEP interface and I just read the timer-counter periodically for speed measurement. But I found out this speed measurement algarithm is not quite accurate,is there any better speed measurement algarithm? I would be very grateful if anyone can provide any extra links or reference about this area! Thanks!

Hi,
I am designing a three phase inverter using IGBT to driver a three phase induction motor ,it is recommended to add some sunbbers to the circuit. what kind of snubbers are suitable for three phase inverter? RCD OR RC? It would be highly appreciated if you can provide a reference circuit! Thanks! |
