Hi
I am trying to restore an old Forge, and i need to connect up the fan.
I know nothing about motors, this is the situation.
it is a single phase Newman induction motor, frame TFS 212K ,serial K31340-58 ,1/6 hp , conn diag 4146Y.
It has 5 terminals, 2 with red wires going into the thing and 3 with black wires. there is a screw for an earth to body.
HELP, what goes where?
