mkavitha
hi.. im just want to know the formula for speed calculation of a brushed dc motor. Regards, kavitha
AB2005
Speed = Va – (Ia x Ra)/Ktφ OR Speed = CEMF/φ "Don't assume any thing, always check/ask and clear yourself".
Tua
Speed = Va – (Ia x Ra)/Ktφ OR Speed = CEMF/φ I think... Speed = Va/Ktφ – (Ia x Ra)/Ktφ
AB2005
Hello Tua. The formula is correct. Make yourself clear. "Don't assume any thing, always check/ask and clear yourself".
Tua
Hello Tua. The formula is correct. Make yourself clear. Hello AB2005. The formula is correct. Make yourself clear. Believe it!!!!!
AB2005
Hello Tua When I read the topic "DC Motor" in the link quoted by you, I found the following formula Vcemf = speed * Fluxarmature which is the same as I have quoted i.e. Speed = CEMF/φ Check the follwoing Speed and Horsepower of Dc motor "Don't assume any thing, always check/ask and clear yourself". Tua
This drawing is from yor resource. If you will compare with your formula, you find one difference you lost one argument which I showed to you... Speed = Va – (Ia x Ra)/Ktφ Speed = Va/Ktφ – (Ia x Ra)/Ktφ Speed = CEMF/φ - this is right I agree with you, but in engineering calculation it is not so useful.
