marke
Hello gogo Is there a formula for derating a drive when increasing carrier frequency?I believe that this very much depends on the drive itself. So yes, there will be a way of working out the derating for a particular drive, but it will be different from the next one due to different losses. I do not believe that there is a standard formula that can be applied to all drives unless you apply a number of parameters particular to each individual drive.Best regards,Mark. GGOSS
Hello gogo, Usually the information is contained within the installation or user manual provided with the drive. If it doesn't appear in the documentation, it's probably wise to contact the drive manufacturer. Regards,GGOSS
