osama ali Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 Dear sir many times vibration and motor current signture analysis survey performed for the motors at our site and the report clear the motor has broken and /or cracks in the rotor but after dismantle the motor and pullout the rotor found the rotor doesn't suffering from any kind of broken bar or cracks at ambient temp. your kind support to advise me how can detect these cracks and beoken bars at workshop? osama Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is not always obvious that there is a crack as the crack is often buried in the weld. Best regards, Mark.
