Drive Tuning With Wrong Rpm

Recommended Posts

Hello dip04051978

I assume that you are referring to the motor data that you program into the drive.

If you program the wrong value for the "rated full speed" of the motor, the mathematical model will not be correct and this will compromise the performance and behaviour of the motor

Best regards,

Mark

Yes. I am referring Motor name plate data only. Motor name plate is showing 920 rpm & i tunned drive with 960 rpm.

Is that possible that drive will stall due to this wrong data entered in the drive.

What exactly affected due to this ??
