dip04051978
How Wrong Motor RPM Value affect on the open loop vector drive performance. What will happen if i enter 960 rpm instead of 920 rpm for open loop vector drive.
marke
Hello dip04051978 I assume that you are referring to the motor data that you program into the drive. If you program the wrong value for the "rated full speed" of the motor, the mathematical model will not be correct and this will compromise the performance and behaviour of the motor Best regards, Mark Mark Empson | administratorSkype Contact = markempson | phone +64 274 363 067LMPForum | Power Factor | L M Photonics Ltd | Empson family | Advanced Motor Control Ltd | Pressure Transducers | Smart Relay | GSM Control | Mark Empson Website | AuCom | Soft Starters

I am referring Motor name plate data only. Motor name plate is showing 920 rpm & i tunned drive with 960 rpm. Is that possible that drive will stall due to this wrong data entered in the drive. What exactly affected due to this ??
