bob
Hello Bothshe, Some drive manufacturers, for instance ABB, have got ready written macros available for typical applications. Macro is particularly helpful as it reduces the time for manual editing of parameters. You may have macro written for two-wire, potentiometer, PID, torque applications. The macros come with default parameters and the user is free to use them or change according to their neds. Hope this help. Bob NB: I would also suggest that you post your question in the relevant topic to get a quicker reply.
