Hi all Engineers , I am very new in this site,My friend running 1 Textile mill now a days Our EB is controlled their Sanction load, Previous usage reduce level 60%,It is very suffer in his factory, I am Diploma holder, I don't have much knowledge, how to run their Balance machinery please any body explain ,i need 2 topic,1 is they want run full load, another 1 Eb not given now 60% sanction how to manage both?

It is difficult to understand everything you are saying, and "EB" means nothing to me. But it appears that you are asking if it is possible to reduce your power consumption to 60% of what it is now and still maintain full production in your facility.

 

That would be a very ambitious, and to be honest, very very difficult goal to attain. The only way it could work is if there are some extremely wasteful processes in your facility, and you have a lot of resources to expend on eliminating that waste. So the best advice I can give is to carefully evaluate every process to see what parts of it are wasteful, then do what you can to fix whatever is causing it. But there is no magic box that will fix your issues.

Thanks you very much for your valuable reply,Our area EB means -(Electricity Board),It is govt. Department ,Any body start new factory go to apply their need level sanction load will sanction by this dept.,

I understood calculate now take study each and every load and how is the particular load efficiency ? i find out this after only improve my load working conditions.
