JonAW
Hi guys, I'm in the middle of trying to set up an ethernet connection to a telemecanique twido which I have pre programmed and tested using the serial lead. I have had to use a compact unit with a twido port add on due to the customers late specification of wanting to connect the plc to a modbus tcp/ip network to view telemetry signals. The twido port is assigned its IP address from the Twido PLC directly. I have this set up and using command prompt I can ping the twido port successfully. However I cannot establish a connection using the twido suite software. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I am using a temporary IP address 84.168.0.1 for my computer and 84.168.0.2 for the twido port. The subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 on both items. thanks for any help.
