I want to know how a soft starter works. What is firing? Timing diagrams. What are the advantages of using soft starters over others? Applications of soft starters in the industry. How the torque and current behave when a motor is started by means of a soft starter until it reaches synchronous speed. It would be really helpful for me if anyone can give me some info regarding above facts. Thank You.
