average pay for motor control panel builder??

ive been building motor control panels for 2.5 years now- mostly for use in waste water management. can anyone give me an idea of what kind of money i should be making in this field or maybe point me to a website that would list such info. i dont have a degree yet but im close to getting my associates degree in electro-mechanical engineering.

i would greatly appreciate any info.
