Carl
Hello All, Does anybody know where I can buy a smart IGBT. The suppliers I've been looking at only supply in bulk. IR and Fairchild do some smart IGBT's ;p;
jraef
You need to look at buying them from a distributor. Unless you are planning on purchasing 50,000 / year, the manufacturers will not give you the time of day. "He's not dead, he's just pinin' for the fjords!" marke
Hi Carl I agree with jraef, unless you are a big user, you have no choice but to deal through a distributor. If you can give us some basic specifications as to what you are looking for, someone may be able to suggest a good source. Carl
Hello Marke and Jraef, The part I was after was the IRAM range from international rectifiers. The time of day syndrome I've experienced. Yes I have managed to get hold of a distributor who have the device, albeit a lesser rated current, as it turns out the device is only $4 more...so it looks like a result. Thanks for the tip Carl
