I have a motor control board that drives
a 3 phase switched reluctance motor.
I am trying to identify the control IC that
is being used. So far the only thing I can make
out is the date code. It is a 28 pin Dip chip.
Has anyone seen this one before or have
any ideas. I will attach a picture file

Thanks

Hi Glen

This looks to me like it is a custom device, could be an embedded processor or masked ROM. I suspect the first. I can only suggest that you should contact the manufacturer and ask them.

Best regards,
