jraef
Is this a general question or do you have a specific application with a problem? If it is a general question, there is no one specific answer. Noise can be caused by the control method, loose components, wire used, windage If it is a specific application, please provide more details, such as AC or DC, type of motor within those choices, method of control, power rating, and whatever else you can share with us. Also, what type of noise is it? A high pitched whine, rattle, growl, bang? "He's not dead, he's just pinin' for the fjords!"
