lalmehal
Dear sir, How a protection system can distinguise between stalling and starting condition of an Induction motor?
GGOSS
Hello lalmehal, Stall protection is a function that is generally not enabled until after the motor has reached full speed. A locked rotor condition during starting will generally cause an overload or excess start time trip. Regards,GGOSS
