IF The motor name plate reads 37kw is it the shaft power?

if its shaft power then if we measure the motor input power and if it reads 37 kw what is the loading of the motor

whether it is 100% loaded

yes, the quoted power is the shaft power. You need to make allowance for the efficiency if you want to know the input power.

If you measure 37KW input power, then the motor is running at around 90% output power (assuming 90% efficiency for the motor)
