Crowbar
Troubleshooting is a hard skill to learn let alone master, I know of only one way to improve your skill. First of all you need to know the basics (mechanical and electrical), and second you need to know what the equipment/machinery/etc... does, is supposed to do, what can't do, and learn from experience from solving problems. A knowledgable operator can be your best friend at times and your worst enemy other times. If you know how it works you can find out why it doesn't work.
